Nancy has been in the insurance industry since 1985 and has handled all aspects of the process from quoting to underwriting to policy rating and from processing policy changes to filing claims in the Personal Lines department.  Nancy is most skilled at developing and managing relationships with her clients and making sure they have the proper coverage as their lives and circumstances change.
